Refund Policy

1. Your right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable UK consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This right applies to unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

2. How to request a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order:

3. Return conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Returns must be despatched within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your intent to return.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For COD (cash on delivery) orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer - please provide your bank details when requesting your return.

5. Non-returnable items

  • Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and food safety reasons).
  • Products returned outside the 14-calendar-day window without prior agreement.
  • Products that have been damaged after receipt due to reasons within your control.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@enersrpower.shop within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
